DolphinGo（Wordpal）is a vocabulary and reading platform that helps you learn words in context. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (dolphingo.app), our mobile app (DolphinGo), and related services.

- Account data: When you sign in with WeChat or Google, we receive your identifier and basic profile (e.g. nickname, avatar) as provided by the provider.
- Learning data: Words you save, review progress, mastery levels, and usage within the app to provide vocabulary and spaced repetition features.
- Reading data: Articles you open or save, and in-app reading activity, to sync across web and mobile.
- Payment data: Subscription and payment are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we store only what is needed for subscription management (e.g. Stripe customer/session identifiers).
- Technical data: Device type, app version, and general usage (e.g. for stability and support). We may use analytics services to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to provide and improve our services: to sync your wordbook and progress across web and mobile, to run reviews and recommendations, to process subscriptions, and to troubleshoot and improve performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Sync
Your data is stored on our servers and is associated with your account. When you use both the DolphinGo app and the Wordpal web app with the same account, your vocabulary and reading data are synced so you can continue learning on any device.

We rely on third parties for specific functions: sign-in (WeChat, Google), payments (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, and possibly analytics. Each has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their services.
6. Your Rights
You can access and update your profile and learning data in the app or on the website. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. If you are in a region that grants additional rights (e.g. GDPR), we will honor them to the extent applicable.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled via WeChat and Google; we do not store your social login credentials.
